I am a both a practising artist and an experienced and qualified art teacher. I studied a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Fine Arts), followed by a Diploma of Education in Secondary Art Teaching at the University of Sydney. In 2008, I completed a Masters of Film, Television and Animation, (Honours) at the University of Melbourne.

Throughout my career, I have taught both traditional art and digital art techniques in secondary schools and universities. I love creating a warm and welcoming space in an art room, and I take great joy in facilitating other people’s creative journeys.

I make art for films, animations, web and print. I have a broad range of styles and mediums which I use to express my love of texture, colour, light and form. I aim to create unique images, filled with power and emotion.

I have always had a passion for children’s book illustrations and I am very excited to present my children’s illustration debut Digger Digs Down. Written by the wonderful Johanna Bell and published by UQP.
